- 1/2 cup Water or Almond Milk
- 1/2 cup Ice Cubes
- 1/2 Ripe Banana, frozen Peeled and sliced
- 1 Orange Juiced
- 1/2 Mango Peeled and diced
- 1 cup Pineapple Chunks Frozen
Instructions
- Put the liquid ingredients and frozen fruit into a blender and mix until consistency is smooth.
- Allow your fruits to freese for about five to six hours before storing long-term (for up to 3 months)
