  • 1/2 cup Water or Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup Ice Cubes
  • 1/2 Ripe Banana, frozen Peeled and sliced
  • 1 Orange Juiced
  • 1/2 Mango Peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks Frozen

  1. Put the liquid ingredients and frozen fruit into a blender and mix until consistency is smooth.
  2. Allow your fruits to freese for about five to six hours before storing long-term (for up to 3 months)
