Spelt flour Pancakes
Healthy, light and soft Spelt flour Pancakes, to be enjoyed with plain yogurt and fresh fruit.
Healthy Spelt flour Pancakes
Ingredients
- 125 ml Whole or almond milk 1/2 cup
- 100 g Spelt flour 4/5 cup
- 1 Egg
- 15 g Virgin Coconut Oil 1 tbsp
- 15 g Honey or Sweetener 1 tbsp
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add all the liquid ingredients at the bottom of your blender cup and continue with the dry ingredients. Blend on high for about 60 seconds.
- Grease the surface of a small pan with a little oil, put it on the stove. When it is hot pour a ladle of batter into the center of the pan.
- Cook over medium to low heat. As soon as you see the edges come off and rise turn it over on the other side and cook for another minute.
- Place the pancakes on a plate, top with greek yogurt and fresh fruit. Enjoy!
