Instructions
Add all the liquid ingredients at the bottom of your blender cup and continue with the dry ingredients. Blend on high for about 60 seconds.
Grease the surface of a small pan with a little oil, put it on the stove. When it is hot pour a ladle of batter into the center of the pan.
Cook over medium to low heat. As soon as you see the edges come off and rise turn it over on the other side and cook for another minute.
Place the pancakes on a plate, top with greek yogurt and fresh fruit. Enjoy!
