Ingredients
  

  • 2 Red Apples cored, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 inch Fresh Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 Lemon zest and juice
  • 1 tsp Honey for more sweetness
  • 1/2 cup Ice
  • 1/2 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Put the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Drink straight away or keep in the fridge for a day, maximum.
