Pineapple Banana Sorbet

  • 2 ripe bananas, frozen 250 g
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks 160 g
  • 3 basil leaves
  • 3 Medjool dates, pitted or natural sweetener of choice

Matcha, Banana, and Pistachio Sorbet

  • 2 ripe bananas, frozen 250 g
  • 1/4 cup almond milk, cold 60 ml
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 5 drops vanilla extract
  • 2 Medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp pistachios

Banana and Strawberry Sorbet

  • 2 ripe bananas, frozen 250 g
  • 2 1/2 cup strawberries 220 g
  • 2 Medjool dates

Peach, Avocado, Mango, Banana, and Cinnamon Sorbet

  • 1 ripe banana frozen
  • 2 peaches frozen
  • 1/2 mango frozen
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 Medjool dates, pitted

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the specified fruits and any additional ingredients (Medjool dates or maple syrup for added sweetness).
    Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
    Place the sorbet in the freezer for about 30 minutes to add an extra refreshing touch.
